Your ticket includes access to the palace, plus admission to Queen Charlotte’s Cottage and much more!

Please note: 

  • An admission ticket to Kew Gardens must be purchased to gain access to Kew Palace - for gardens admission prices, please visit www.rbgkew.org.uk.
  • Admission to Queen Charlotte’s Cottage is free however donations are gratefully appreciated
  • Timed Tickets: During peak visitor times, entry to Kew Palace is staggered to avoid overcrowding.
  • Tickets are currently not available online or by phone
  • Historic Royal Palaces members are entitled to free admission to Kew Palace. However entry to the gardens must be paid for at the rates listed.

Book in person

Palace tickets can be purchased in person from the Kew Gardens Ticket Kiosk.

Group bookings

For a guaranteed group entrance to Kew Palace you must book a time slot in advance. To book a group in advance, please telephone Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew on 0208 332 5648. Click here for further information on group bookings.
