To help start the year in true style, we would like to invite clients to take advantage of our unprecedented fantastic offers on venue hire.

Hampton Court Palace Friday to Monday offer

To help clients achieve greater value for money, we are now offering special reductions of up to 15% on venue hire fees for all events taking place on any Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday at Hampton Court Palace between 1 April – 31 December 2008 inclusive.

There are multiple locations both within the palace and throughout the grounds and gardens for both corporate and private events. The offer includes:

• Up to 15% reduction on bookings for the hire of Hampton Court Palace State Apartments (see below)
• Exclusive hire of Hampton Court Palace for the evening
• An opportunity for guests to tour the Tudor and Baroque State Apartments
• Costumed guides to greet and circulate with guests
• Support from a senior member of the Historic Royal Palaces events team before, during and after the event
• Car parking and security

Terms and conditions

1. Offer is subject to availability and do not include Bank Holidays or the Easter period (21 - 24 March inclusive)
2. Standard terms and conditions of hire apply
3. Events booked using the special offer and then cancelled between 1 April – 31 December 2008 may not be rebooked for a later date after this time period at the same discounted rate
4. All events booked prior to the publishing of this offer can not be included in this promotion
5. Offer applies to Hampton Court Palace and its State Apartments only and does not include any other Historic Royal Palaces venue
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
