Hampton Court’s charming palace shops are stocked with an excellent range of quality products, perfect for gift-giving or as a mmento of your visit. Dotted throughout the palace’s historic courts and corridors, each shop has its own character, history and range of specialty products.
Barrack Block shop
You don’t need a ticket to visit the Barrack Block shop.
Part of the oldest purpose-built Barrack Block in Britain, this shop offers a children’s discovery area and the palace’s most extensive selection of books. It also stocks an extensive range of gifts from tapestries and china to children’s gifts as well as guidebooks and postcards.
(This shop remains open until 18.30 in summer and 17.00 in winter)
Base Court shop
Offering china, glass and textile products inspired by the Tudor period, the Base Court shop sits directly below the Astronomical Clock in Anne Boleyn’s Archway, one of the oldest parts of the palace.
Garden shop
Green thumb? Inspired by its spectacular surroundings, the Garden shop is stocked with a huge range of themed products from gardening books to terracotta accessories. It is also where you can enter the palace’s interactive Gardens Exhibition.
Tudor Kitchens shop
Next to Henry VIII’s wine cellar, you’ll find a wide range of foods, traditional kitchen equipment and pewter and copperware in this atmospheric undercroft.
