Learning at Hampton Court

Our education service

The Hampton Court Palace Education Service offers reduced-price admission tickets and a wide range of taught programmes for students of all ages.

All of our innovative programmes are inspired by Hampton Court Palace both past and present; students uncover stories and characters from Hampton Court’s dramatic history while exploring and investigating the palace as it is today.

All of our programmes are taught by expert presenters and designed to meet curriculum requirements. We are always pleased to create programmes specifically designed to meet the needs of individual groups.

Email us at hamptoncourteducation@hrp.org.uk if you would like to discuss a bespoke session.

Outreach and community involvement

We're committed to helping everyone explore Hampton Court's stories. This purpose has driven us to embrace as wide an audience as possible, to reach out to new audiences and to actively engage those who have previously felt excluded.

Our projects involve working in partnership with artists, schools, local communities and other organisations to widen access to the palaces and their stories.

Clore Learning Centre opens

The new Clore Learning Centre, opened in January 2007, provides facilities and spaces dedicated to education at Hampton Court Palace. Including a studio for visual arts projects and a gallery space for display the centre was largely made possible by a £1 million donation by the Clore Duffield Foundation.
